Barbour Bedale Navy – Upcycled with WWII Poncho Fabric

Original Barbour Bedale in navy, reworked through a focused upcycling intervention.

The applied patches come from a World War II military poncho. Some existing tears have been repaired leaving the stitching visible on purpose, turning the repair into a defining visual element.

The jacket has been recently rewaxed, restoring protection while preserving the natural patina of the waxed fabric.

The result is a heritage garment with a renewed identity, where time and manual intervention become part of the design.

Condition: excellent overall condition. Structurally solid. The visible repairs are an intentional aesthetic feature.
